Some healthier than the others!
I’ve had a few people ask me if I would write a diet plan for them.
I always say no.
The reason being is that diet plans don’t work.
Me telling you that you need to eat X and Y and a certain time, and really you’re thinking ” I f**king hate that food”……..
This will always mean a massive FAIL.
Much better is when we work together on your food, slowly tweaking it so that you become healthier, you lose weight, feel better and all the associated factors that come with losing weight and being healthier.
So, Ive agreed to a couple of people who have asked me to help them with their food.
